Top conference centre with over 150 rooms in Hertfordshire requires a Night Manager with previous experience in 4 star hotels. You will be the wholly in charge of the centre during the night shift and will have an Assistant Night Manager to support when you are not on duty. This highly responsible role includes supervising the night team of staff (cleaning, security, reception staff), and overseeing the smooth running of the front reception*switchboard operation, as well as the security systems of the property. You will ensure that high standards are always maintained and will respond to staff and guest queries in a timely and efficient manner. Ensuring correct procedures are followed in the event of an emergency is also an important aspect. Working 40 hours per week.
